About:

I am a chemistry teacher and a coordinator in AL ANSAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, that follows the Cambridge curriculum. we start in in grade 9 where our students appear for IGCSE exam at the end of grade 11 and AS exam at the end of grade 12.

More than by proffesion ,I am a chemistry teacher because of the passion i have for this subject.I would like to see that my students also appreciate the role of chemistry in their daily lives and enjoy studying it everyday.

Some of my girls have chosen chemical engineering as their career and I love to see many more do that.

I see IYC2011 as a very good platform or a chance for me to fire this interest in the subject in my students and create awareness about the role chemistry plays in saving the environment.

At the same time I am also targeting grade 7 and 8 students who still need to decide which subjects they must choose. I want to use this opportunity to create awareness and develop their interest in the subject.
