About:

I am a Lecturer at Makerere University, Kampala Uganda. I teach Industrial Biotechnology and Microbiology. Currently I am doing my PhD in Bioscience Engineering at Gent University Belgium. My PhD research is about lipid oxidation: Real time analytical methods and Volatile Organic Compound Profiling.

My Education background is, I hold a MSc in Food Science and Technology, BSc in the same field and a Diploma in Chemistry.

My Specific interest is Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry
