About:

I am Head of Science at Winchester House Prep School and I teach Chemistry to both boys and girls up to year 8. I have some very talented and keen young scientists who enjoy what we do. I set up ( as part of our gifted and talented scheme) our own version of the Lunar Society where we meet, discuss and do Science that is not usually aimed at people of this age. I have a few young girls who with the right care and attention should become tomorrow's Curies, Franklins and Hodgekins and I want to expose them to as much exciting science as a I can now. IYC will hopefully give me the chance to get them, talking to scientists, meeting scjentists and having a go.
