About:

After 4 years spent as undergraduate student of Chemistry and followed by the Master course at State University of Londrina, Brazil, the desire of keep studying and wide the field of research in Environmental Chemistry talked louder and brought me to the PhD course at the Hiroshima University, Japan.

Meanwhile, I've been encouraged by myself to get engagged with technical training offered by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in 2004 and the Civic Hiroshima Prefecture Association located in Brazil in 2007 as a research student.

Currently as a PhD candidate researching about Atmospheric Pollution and its effects on the global climate, human health and vegetation, many issues in this field have been attracted lots of researchers and calling attention for the need of even more expertise people working on this topic.

Therefore, my interest in the IYC 2011 would be simple but important to motivate young researchers to focus on this "invisible" issue.
