I am a graduate in Biochemistry and currently Director of Operations for Europe Middle East and Africa for a Global Chemical Distributor.

As a female leader in a male dominated role and industry I am keen to encourage more women to take up the challenge of working in typical male stereotypical roles and sectors. I would be very willing to talk to schools/universities/other to promote the Chemical Industry as a viable career choice, particulalry to young women.
