About:

I am the current President of the Association of Professional Chemists and Chemical Engineers of Malawi. An association whose aim, among others includes the marketing of Chemistry to students, promotion of collaboration and interaction between Chemists and Chemical enginners in Malawi, the promotion of chemistry for the socio-economic development of Malawi.

I feel this would be an ideal opportunity to ride behind the IYC 2011 to incresae awareness of Chemistry to Malawians. The goals of the IYC2011 match very well with our goals. I am particulary interested in being able to share ideas with other stakeholders on the best ways to market chemistry in my country.
