I'm organizing a meeting on chemistry and its application in viticulture and wine in collaboration with Catholic University of Piacenza, Faculty of Agriculture . Prof E. Capri "Viticulture: the aid of chemistry for a sustainable agriculture" prof M.Trevisan "Chemistry of taste" - lute maker P.Fanfani " Chemistry in violins' making" . The location is my winery, the date June, 18th. This is the fifth edition of the yearly event "Earth is the Mother of Wine". Every year we propose the United Nations' theme. I'm interested in using the IYC logo for invitations.
