L'Association des chimistes et des biochimistes du Québec (ACBQ) a pour objectif de développer la profession et de faire connaître au public, aux médias, au gouvernement et aux entreprises la profession de chimiste et celle de biochimiste. L'Association utilise divers moyens, notamment le réseautage, des activités sociales et des souper-conférences, ainsi que des présentations publiques mettant en évidence les réalisations scientifiques des chimistes et des biochimistes québécois et québécoises au Québec, au Canada et dans le monde entier.

The Quebec Association of Chemists and Biochemists(QACB) has one main goal, to develop the profession and to publicize the realizations of chemists and biochemists to the general public, the medias, the governments and to the industry. To attain its goal, the QACB utilize different means, such as networking, social activities, scientific conferences and public presentations, aiming to present the contribution of Quebec chemists and biochemists in Quebec, in Canada and around the world.
