About:

I am Rurini Retnowati, a senior lecturer of Chemistry Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Brawijaya University. I was born at Malang City in December, 09, 1960. I am a graduate of the Organic Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bandung Institute of Technology, 2004.

In a line with my research topic about the Chemistry of natural product, two thinks are considered in my specific interest in the IYC 2011. I would like to increase the public appreciation and understanding about the empowering of Natural product chemistry.

I would also like to have many effort to increase the enthuasiasm for creative future of chemistry by providing encourage collaboration with universities in the development of the university all over the world, especially those in chemistry field.
