About:

I am an associate professor of chemistry at Spring Arbor University. My students and I are heavily involved in educating the communities in and around Spring Arbor, Michigan, USA about science. We organize and hold 5 - 10 chemical community outreach events each year. Every year, we hold a summer science camp for K - 8th grade students. Each camp has had a different theme. The theme of this year's camp will be "Celebrating the International Year of Chemistry".
